The Opportunity
We are seeking a thoughtful, personable and highly organized Contributor Relations Coordinator to help build and support a growing community of subject matter experts, educators, professionals and community leaders.
This role is about people.
You will often become the first person contributors meet.
You will help them understand the organization's philosophy, prepare them for participation and ensure that their experience reflects the values of the institution.

What You Will Do
As Contributor Relations Coordinator, you will:
- Identify and engage prospective contributors across a wide range of disciplines.
- Introduce contributors to the organization's editorial philosophy and programme formats.
- Coordinate contributor onboarding and scheduling.
- Maintain contributor profiles and communication records.
- Support contributors throughout the recording process.
- Coordinate closely with Programme Editors to match contributors with appropriate programmes.
- Encourage long-term relationships with recurring contributors.
- Gather contributor feedback to improve organizational processes.
- Help cultivate a welcoming and professionally supportive contributor experience.
