Job Summary:
A school in Aba is seeking an experienced French teacher. All candidates MUST be highly computer-literate with good facility of computers and modern digital tools in the classroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment. Computers are an integral part of the tutorial experiences. Candidates should expect to be tested in the use of computers in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience teaching French.
• Prior experience teaching French, especially exam classes would be preferable.
• Be trained in the teaching of French or French literature.
• Have excellent facility using computers and commonplace software in an academic or tutorial capacity.
• Be willing to relocate to Aba if needed (temporary accommodation is available for those relocating from out of town).
• Prior experience as a school administrator or program coordinator will be considered advantageous.
Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree with two years of teaching (or relevant work) experience, or NCE with 10 years of teaching experience
