Job Summary
A company in Aba is seeking a reliable and hardworking pure water operator to operate and maintain pure water production processes in line with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. The factory uses the standard Dingli vertical form-fill-and-seal machine to produce high-quality ultra-purified sachet water. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily production and compliance with health regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate pure water production machines efficiently
• Monitor water treatment, filtration, and packaging processes
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation in the production area
• Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
• Identify and report faults or production issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards
• Keep simple production and daily operation records.
• Coordinate workflow and support logistics within the factory
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of SSCE / OND
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in pure water or sachet water production (preferred)
• Knowledge of water treatment, filtration, and packaging processes
• Ability to follow hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
• Physically fit and willing to work shifts if required
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in operating sachet or bottled water machines
• Experience in industrial bakery or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) production
• Basic technical or mechanical knowledge of bakery equipment
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
• Knowledge of basic safety and hygiene practices.
