The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of a growing educational media organization.
This position exists to help the institution function smoothly.
You will coordinate schedules, maintain records, assist with correspondence, organize documentation and support communication across multiple teams.

What You Will Do
As Administrative Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate meetings, recordings and organizational schedules.
- Maintain administrative records and operational documentation.
- Prepare correspondence with contributors, partners and applicants.
- Support onboarding for new contributors and team members.
- Assist with document management and version control.
- Coordinate internal communication across editorial, production and community teams.
- Track operational tasks and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Help maintain organized digital workspaces and shared resources.
- Support special projects as the organization grows.
