Job Summary
A company in Aba is seeking licensed and experienced drivers for their sales and delivery vans in Aba, as well as for company staff. In addition to outstanding road safety regulations and practices, the ideal candidate must have a VALID commercial driver’s license at the time of application for the position.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure proper use and care of assigned vehicle(s)
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure road worthiness
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles at all times
• Observe traffic laws and institutional driving policies
• Keep basic vehicle and trip records
• Report mechanical issues promptly
• Support logistics and transportation needs of the organization.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of FSLC / SSCE
• Valid Nigerian driver’s license
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience
• Good knowledge of Aba routes and road networks
• Ability to read and write basic English
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
• Good character and reliability
• Be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
