Job Summary:
A secondary school in Aba is seeking smart, professional, and customer-friendly Client Services/Front Desk Officers to manage front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, parents, and clients. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and maintain a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Welcome and attend to visitors, students, parents, and clients professionally
•    Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
•    Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation
•    Provide administrative and clerical support when required
•    Schedule appointments and direct visitors appropriately
•    Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
•    Handle basic office communication and coordination tasks
•    Support daily administrative operations of the organization

Requirements & Qualifications:
•    Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree 
•    1–2 years’ experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred)
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Good organizational and multitasking abilities
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media tools, and email communication
•    Professional appearance and attitude
