Job Summary:
An institution of higher learning in Aba is seeking a smart, professional, and customer-friendly Administrative Assistant to support office operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and attend to visitors, students, parents, and clients professionally
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation
• Provide administrative and clerical support when required
• Schedule appointments and direct visitors appropriately
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
• Handle basic office communication and coordination tasks
• Support daily administrative operations of the organization
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–2 years’ experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media tools, and email communication
• Professional appearance and attitude
