Job Summary
A company in Aba is seeking reliable and hardworking bakery assistants to support their bakery operations.  The successful applicant must have experience working in and running a bakery operation with modern equipment and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily production and compliance with health regulations.


Key Responsibilities
•    Operate bakery equipment and processes. 
•    Monitor measurement, mixing, baking, and packaging processes
•    Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation in the production area
•    Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
•    Identify and report faults or production issues promptly
•    Comply with safety and quality control standards
•    Keep simple production and daily operation records.
•    Contribute to smooth workflow and logistics within the factory

Requirements & Qualifications
•    Minimum of SSCE / OND
•    1 - 3 years’ experience in bakery operations
•    Sound knowledge of bakery and related packaging processes
•    Ability to follow hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
•    Physically fit and willing to work shifts if required
•    Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
•    Experience in operating modern bakery machines
•    Experience in industrial bakery or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) production
•    Basic technical or mechanical knowledge of bakery equipment
•    Knowledge of basic safety and hygiene practices.
