Job Summary:
A growing agricultural and manufacturing organization is seeking an Agronomist or Crop Scientist to support the development of modern crop production systems. The successful candidate will contribute to crop planning, production management, agronomic trials, and the development of controlled-environment agriculture programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support crop production and agronomic management activities
• Monitor crop growth, health, and productivity
• Assist with the development and evaluation of crop production systems
• Conduct field observations and maintain production records
• Develop recommendations for crop nutrition, irrigation, and pest management
• Support research, testing, and improvement initiatives
• Assist in implementing controlled-environment agriculture programs
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, or a related field
• Practical experience in crop production or agronomic management
• Strong observational and analytical skills
• Good communication and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Added Advantage:
• Experience with greenhouse or controlled-environment production systems
• Experience conducting agricultural trials
• Knowledge of irrigation and crop nutrition systems
• Familiarity with data collection and agricultural reporting
