Job Summary:
A workforce development organization is seeking a highly organized Program Assistant to support candidate screening, applicant evaluation, recruitment activities, client engagement, and workforce development initiatives. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the delivery of talent acquisition and human capital management services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with candidate screening and evaluation activities
• Support recruitment and workforce development programs
• Maintain applicant records and recruitment documentation
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Prepare reports and summaries related to recruitment activities
• Support interactions with client organizations and stakeholders
• Assist with business intelligence and workforce data collection activities
• Provide administrative and operational support as required

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously

• Strong analytical skills
