Job Summary:
A growing organization is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, rental coordination, and upkeep of properties across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that facilities remain functional, well-maintained, safe, and professionally managed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities across multiple facilities
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and infrastructure
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, service providers, and maintenance personnel
• Monitor facility conditions and identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain records relating to maintenance, repairs, and occupancy
• Assist with budgeting and planning for facility-related activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Support property development and expansion initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications:
• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Experience managing buildings, facilities, or property portfolios
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Added Advantage:
• Experience managing residential or commercial properties
• Experience working with contractors and maintenance teams
• Knowledge of building systems and infrastructure maintenance
• Project management experience
